I ordered this product because my daughter used one during her training and worked great and has done the same for me. It does as advertised and I also like the support it gives for my lower back. I would recommend it to anyone.

I liked that it fit the whole mid section and supported my back at the same time. Good quality material is also used. Highly recommended

I was new to using waist trainers but I really like this one as it is pretty comfortable and it really does help you sweat a lot during your workouts.
