I have been researching waist trainers for a long time and finally decided to try this trainer because it checked all the boxes for me. It was long enough in the torso to cover my fupa. had both a zipper closure and the double Velcro strap. I would very strongly recommend following the sizing chart as it is very accurate and will prevent you from getting the wrong size. I also really love that I can use this trainer while in the gym and besides training my waist it gives me great support during my weight training sessions. I highly recommend this waist trainer !

This is my very first experience using waist trainers and to be honest it was difficult to wear the first time around but after wearing it a couple times your body just gets used to it and it shapes your body so beautifully and I really enjoy wearing it it’s not too bad to wear at all like I said you just have to get used to it I love it, it looks great when I have it on. I work out with it and it’s really good quality. Definitely worth the purchase.

I love how it fits, it fits a little snug so it pulls you in! Only thing I don’t like about it is that is doesn’t go over the back rolls to well and it folds in the creases.

I’ve lost a considerable amount of inches off my waist since getting the trainer!! I’m 5ft5in my waist is a 40 and I have a 4x! I’m pleased
