The neosweat abdominal binder does work and holds you in place. I like that I doesn’t move. The material is a bit scratchy if you wear it for a lengthy time. Overall the product is true to size when it first arrived I thought it was crazy how long it is but then when putting it on I understood why. I do really like how it has a lot of Velcro areas for you to be able to tighten and loosen if need be.
