This waist trainer is perfect! Good compression on the abdomen area which allows me to stay more active longer after having a baby. The butt area does not flatten your butt like most waist trainers do and it does not ride down. I work 10 hour so I have to be moving a lot, bending down, lifting, etc. and it still stays in place.
