Too many times have i brought ones that trust me you might squeeze into it but the pain isnt worth it. Nor will you wear it effectively if it isnt sized correct It's not suppose to hurt you. It should be fit & feel comfortable. And this very nice one has double straps with very strong velcro that you can tighten as much as you need.
