I honestly didn't have huge expectations. But this shapewear garment gave me the body shape of my dreams without looking fake. It's unreal how natural it is. I should have sized up one size for comfort. As someone who has a belly and is a solid 12/14, the L fits perfect except in long bouts of sitting. In that case there has been a little discomfort. If I was standing my whole event - perfect. I have plans to lose more weight so I won't even return this. I have found that I'm already between sizes so I don't think this is a problem with the sizing but just trying to find my own particular size. The thing that's worth noting is this company's impeccable customer service. They offered to exchange for me and then offered another style that I might like instead.
