I look for shapewear to do three things: 1) snatch 2) smooth 3) show no lines. This one did all three for me. The snatching power isn't that strong but it was enough for me. If you need a lot of snatch it may not be for you. The smoothness is what I loved the most about this one. I have a big butt, wide hips and a lot of cellulite in my hips and butt that shows under my form fitting dresses. I also have a lot of dunlap (muffin top) in my belly. This shapewear smoothed all the belly fat and cellulite out beautifully. No lumps and bumps showed under my bodycon dress. I also didn't see any seams or lines from the shapewear under my dress. Its also extremely light weight and comfortable. I'm 5,4 180 pounds 38C . I bought an Xlarge but a large would have worked just as well, maybe given me a little more snatch!
