I ordered in a size XL, 195lbs, size 12. Let me tell yoooooou, you need this!! I have a flimsy belly, from losing 60lbs and with this body shaper omg does my figure come out! I’m on my 2nd one, in a size L and my jean size has dropped to a size 10. I will say be careful with the material around the booty, I accidentally popped my nail through, trying to squeeze into it.
