Ia'm loving my body shaper. Ia'm 6a'0, 195, curves, and flat stomach. I purchased a larger and it fit perfect. I coulda've done a medium if i woulda've bought a larger length because Ia'm tall. But Ia'm very satisfied and I also have wear an ab board insight my body shaper
