I al a size 36DD and usually wear M shirts and M/L pants (maybe a size 1 pant?) and size 8 dress. I bought a L. I really needed a bra to work with a new dress. I needed it to be backless and support my 37/34DD *******. Im definitely happy with my purchase, but I had to crisscross the straps to make it support the girls. With my breast size, I’ve just come to terms that straps are a must, so I’m not mad at the fact I had to crisscross. It’s better than an undesirable bra band. I do think that if your ******* are much bigger than mine, you will have a hard time getting the support you need. I may even alter the middle strap to pull the cups together.
