Get your actual size and this will fit well and smooth. Great quality! Is difficult to put on till you get used to it. Bathroom hole is easy to use. It also has a very comfortable fabric that doesn't irritate the skin. I wore it all day long and didn't feel any discomfort. The color is also very nice, it doesn't fade after washing. It provides good support for the body, especially for the abdomen area.
